About Lab Group
Lab Group is a collaborative music project founded by electronic music producers Potions, Supertask, and the late CharlestheFirst. Beginning in 2022 the group began integrating Tiedye Ky and Player Dave as core songwriters with their collective collaborative efforts building towards the release of their forthcoming album “Lab Group 2”. In 2023 Supertask left the group.
Born out of an inaugural self-titled tour in 2018, Lab Group is an ever-evolving aggregate of collective creative efforts by a variety of collaborators. Beginning with the trio, the project has grown to be a curatorial endeavor, involving some of their favorite producers and visual artists alike. Ultimately, Lab Group represents a unique amalgamation of skill sets and ideas that occurs when artists of different backgrounds put their brains together.
