Nelida Yew, known professionally as ilykimchi (or simply known as Kimchi), is a producer and singer/songwriter residing in California.
She is an official member of the production group ‘Working on Dying’ and has famously produced for a wide variety of artists, including Ken Carson, Ski Mask the Slump God, ZillaKami, the late Lil Keed, and many more.
Her professional solo career began in 2023 with the release of her debut single “down” on the 28th of May. As her catalogue began to evolve she would release her debut album agony on the 27th of September 2023, supported by it’s aptly named lead single, “agony”. Two months later an accompanying B-Side demo collection would be released titled Agony B-Sides.
Entering 2024 she would release her hit single “LOL”.
